Hi, one more question. I tried to create a rule to disable placeholder 710, but that doesn't seem to exist on the drop down menu. How do I disable this placeholder?

My apologies - I'd misread the placeholders in our system - From what I can see this should actually be okay with the single disable rule you've set up, but if you see any more issues with placeholders you can find the id by opening our chrome extension and checking the placeholder name.

Sakura The ads on this page are aligning well for me - what issue are you seeing here? If you add /?nocache to the URL do you still see the issue? Do you have the placeholder ID?

I'm having issues with the longer ads blocking text on my website. It seems the issue isn't present when I click the link with /?nocache, tho I had already flushing all cache for my website through my hosting service. Is there a way to just delete all long ads on my website? A lot of my viewers have been complaining. Thank you!

Sakura If you are not seeing the issue when viewing the /?nocache URL then I recommend you clear out your Ezoic cache / browser cache and any caching plugins that you are using on the site. It doesnt seem like you need to go ahead and disable any additional ad sizes

I've cleared the cache on both Ezoic and my device and the issue still persists. I've rechecked the /?nocache url today and it issue is now there again. I will attach a screenshot taken from the /?nocache link.

You can audit the placeholders using the Chrome extension. To look at the layout on the mobile site, you need to use chrome developer tools.

Right click + inspect a URL in Chrome > the developer tools open on the right typically.
At the top left corner of the dev-tools, there's a small icon that looks like a desktop with a mobile device inside of it.
Click that icon. It now allows you to select a device just above the content window (select the mobile device you're able to see the issues with on your actual mobile phone).
Refresh the page. You'll now see the mobile version of the site.
You can then activate the placeholders via the Ezoic chrome extension. From there, you can audit which placeholders are causing issues and take action.

Hi, the chrome extension wasn't useful at all. I've also tried to manually delete most of the placeholders through the Ezoic website and the ads still show up. I'm not sure what to do now, so how do I disable ALL ads until this issue is figured out. My site is basically unreadable on mobile that this point.

Sakura Hey, we strongly advise against doing this. I have just navigated around your site via a couple of mobile views and I am seeing no issues. The majority of your traffic accesses your site via mobile and your metrics do not point to any issues with content viewability, your average visit duration and bounce rate are steady and the content is accessible. If you are using a desktop to view the site, try accessing the site > f12 > ctrl + shift + M and you can view the site via mobile.

I’m not sure why it’s not showing up for you but I’ve attached screenshots of when I entered my website just now. And this is just one page of the site. I’ve had multiple complaints already from readers as well. I’d love for this issue to get fixed but it doesn’t seem like anything is working.
