I'm trying to transfer my website from namehero to ezoic hosting. However, when I tried to insert the SFTP credentials that namehero provided, I got an "invalid credentials" message. Any ideas how to fix this?
zm011 Under 'Account > Privacy and Security > Submit credentials can you please add the credentials provided by your host? We can take a look with that.
