Floating Video Issues

Hello,

I removed the video ad that automatically appeared when a page was opened on my website weeks ago and it was no longer visible. However, video ads have started appearing again even though I haven't made any new changes yet.

I canceled this setting in the Floating video section. Currently it still appears to be inactive but automatic video ads continue to appear. What is the reason of this? Can you help me?

Do you have an example URL where you're still seeing this?
Did you clear your caching for the site after you made these changes?

Just so you're aware, it's going to negatively affect revenue to disable the video player.

I know it will negatively impact revenue, but there is enough advertising. I'm doing some testing on this subject. Anyway.

The problem still continues. These videos appear when you access any content on my website. I'm sending a few sample URLs for you to check:

kadirboy You have the universal player enabled, the floating video you are seeing on these pages is linked to that. We recommend keeping this enabled as it is great for revenue.

kadirboy You can manage it under Ezoic Ads > Ad Types > Floating Video. I'm currently not seeing it showing on the pages that you linked, so it doesn't appear to be running at this time.
