I have enable my site AMP plugin and I need this AMP so please tell me remove this plugin.

I have disable ezoic ads for all amp pages using "Disable Ads by Pages" option. see attach screenshot-7.

but I am checking after 2 day ezoic code add on my AMP pages. why? how to remove ezoic all code in my AMP pages. see attached screenshot-8

Lootrs the regex rule in your screenshot there should work to exclude Ezoic from AMP pages. However the best solution would typically be to convert your AMP pages. AMP is no longer a benefit for Google ranking, and you can use tools such as Ezoic's Leap to optimize site speed on mobile instead.
