privacy and transparency policy pop up colours

for some reason my privacy and transparency policy pop up colours have reverted back to standard green and i can’t find how to change it again to my preferred colour. Not sure why it reverted back and please can someone remind me where to change it? Thanks

Also to let you know I updated the ezoic plug in today, I also realised that the pop up was showing on every page I navigated too also, so I restored my site from back up and the pop up has gone back to normal. I think you need to retest the plug in and can someone let me know when its safe to update again please?

KazD EmmaB The team is working on fixing this. As stated in another post, some changes were made to keep sites compliant with changing GDPR regulations and incurred this issue. We'll get it all sorted for you guys

Ours has changed on itself as well and we also cant fix it. If you go to settings then Privacy then Consent Management and scroll down and click in GDPR Dialogue Features is where you can add your brand colours, but we’ve tried this and it is not saving we’ve cleared consent cache and browser cache and have leap disabled as causing other problems and still its not saving. We also got that stupid cookie image now when we had that removed back in Jan, its really frustrating but was good to see others having similar issues as makes us feel like its a glitch now and not just us.

Ok thanks Jan. Where I thought it was my plug in update that was causing it, and site seemed fine, its now gone back to showing on every page again this morning (still haven’t re-updated the plugin). You are probably aware but just thought I’d let you know just incase you weren’t.

Thanks Emma - Looks like this is fixed on my end, so if you want to clear your cache and cookies and let me know how things are looking that'd be great. Looks like the team are still working on getting the custom color functionality back, but it should be sorted soon 🙂

In terms of the word press Ezoic plug in, do I continue to ignore that update?

EmmaB - you should be able to update the Ezoic plugin without any issues !

Hello everyone!
I want to report that I also have the same problem on my website, boyanayow.com
However, I also have additional problems witm my banner. Namely, I selected EzoicOriginal theme, but other theme is showing. I also have custom text for my banner, but default text is being shown. Can you report this issue to the dev team, to take a look while they work on GDPR banner already?

Hi Team, I’m still having the same issue! I cleared my cache after you said and seemed fine. Today on ipad and mobile the pop up is occurring uring on every page again! Colours are fine. Please advise!

EmmaB Hey Emma, I'm not able to recreate currently - did you clear the cache on the iPad too? You may just be browser cached into an old version, even if you cleared the site cache.

Oh I’ve only been clearing browser caches, should I clear site wide cache too in leap?

EmmaB Ethan was referring to browser caches, I just navigated around the site at length, and I am unable recreate the issue with the CMP popping up on every single pageview. Have you cleared out your cache / cookies fully on your iPad and mobile? We've tested this on a few devices now and we're not seeing any issues.

Ok, yes since I emailed you I’ve cleared all cache and browser history on both devices and now is fine, but that was happening earlier this week too, i would clear it and it was fine, then the next morning the pop ups were back. Its fine on the PC though. Will have hubby check on his devices and see if it’s just mine. I have done iOS upgrades recently and the way you clear the cache in safari has changed so maybe something is going on there. Leave it with me for now, thank you.
