Origin error that i can't fix

Hello dear custommers of ezoic.
I got an origin error so as you can see here under on my website.
This problem occurs since today.
There are now changes made.

My website is served by the https protocol.

I have tried the steps you have told on the blog.
So i have whitelisted the ip adresses so as is described in this article.
But even after that it doesnt work and i got the same error.

How can i fix this?

Jeff The site is now live for me 🙂 can you clear out your browser cache please?

I have clear my cache. But the most strange thing is that it works sometimes and when i am still working on my website i got that message. For now i have reset my cache. Hopefully it will works after that

Jeff It sounds like the version of your site with the error is being cached somewhere. You should clear out your browser cache along with any other caching technology you are using on the site

Imogen i have switched of the cache of ezoic because my changes wouldn't appear when i made a change and i am looking to my website. So i am still try to reset the cache from wprocket.

but got the same error. When i load the website for the seccond time it works normaly. But in the first place i got the same error

Jeff It looks like that i have to wait a few minutes after the cache was cleared. It looks like it works. Thanks for your help

Wp Rocket caching can be incompatible depending on the settings. Any browser / page-level caching would need to be disabled.

The original reason you 'switched' away from Ezoic caching is also something that's readily solved using this guide: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/why-is-my-content-not-updating-on-my-site
We'd always suggest consulting the guides at support.ezoic.com or contacting us here before switching things off / on or doing too much work to 'solve' an issue, as it can actually further complicate a fix / is usually unneeded headache and more work for you 🙂
