I am having a problem with Server errors (5XX) in my Google Search Console. I have spoken to my host about it and they suggest it is to do with the CDN not the actual server. They suggested clearing the cache, which I did, but the issue is still occuring. I am able to access all the pages on the live site but Google seems unable to. If I test a live URL on GSC it states they cannot find the page.
This issue stems from a server move at my end on 7 November and I suspect the issue might be with one of the DNS records. I noticed on the DNS records in Ezoic I have A records for NS1 and NS2 with an IP address for the new server. When I look at my Nameservers at my host, the Nameserver details point to the Ezoic nameservers but the Nameserver Registration IP addresses are my old server IP addresses. Should these addresses be changed to match the new server IP address? I tried getting an answer from my host but they did not seem to think it would be a problem.
