I have asked for support about migrating my website from Ezoic to my previous hosting provider since yesterday, but I got no answer.

This was my initial query:

Please,I will like to move my website that was previously hosted by Ezoic which I have been denied access to another hosting provider. Please, Kindly provide me with the backup of my account in a .tar.gz format and other things to assist the seamless migration. Thank you

Are you able to create a backup of your site from your sftp server? You should have access to your sftp credentials here : https://pubdash.ezoic.com/wp-hosting/main

I have tried connecting via SFTP with the details provided, however, I encountered a server connection error as shown in this screenshot- https://prnt.sc/BsJD_WSDdFNl It appears that the connection to the server where my files are hosted is refused.

thanks - I've asked our team if this is being blocked and if so, if they can unblock it so we can allow you to get a backup of your site. I'll let you know once they get back to us.

200BillionDollars the Tech team have run some tests and were able to connect successfully from our end using the SFTP credentials provided in your Ezoic dashboard: https://pubdash.ezoic.com/wp-hosting/main. They have asked you to test on a different device or network as they believe it is a network connectivity issue.
