The 'browser cache / TTL' setting needs to be set to 'respect existing headers' --- otherwise our caching, and even our ad services, can be negatively affected.
Further, we really do suggest you no longer clear the cache for the whole domain daily, that's never advised and will result in extremely low cache hit rates, which can have a knock on effect with user experience and therefore earnings potentials.
We also suggested you make sure the Ezoic CMP is enabled, and any original CMP is disabled. It seems that was glossed over, but having an original CMP that's not properly configured with Ezoic's consent management app area of the Dashboard can result in ad service disruptions.
Alternatively, you're welcome to use your own third-party CMP, but it would need to be integrated properly with Ezoic via the Dashboard.
