Website down and unable to get up again due to Ezoic

Our website went down after trying to move it to another server using WHM's Transfer Tool. We could not figure out why it would go down. Our host indicated that the DNS is associated with AWS EC2. We could not figure out what this was, and then realized it may be related to Ezoic. Logging into Cloudflare that is exactly what it was, so Ezoic's apparent AWS server is controlling the site? and we can't reach anyone as we are limited to this community forum only, which is not good. Can someone reach out to us as our website is completely down and Ezoic has control apparently.

Sure, we can take a look for you. Just taking a look, your site's integrated and live - can you provide more details of the exact error you're seeing?

If you're changing server and need to update the IP, you want to change that directly in Ezoic, as Ezoic will override any changes you make to the DNS or IP in Cloudflare: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-update-add-dns-records-and-subdomains

When you've done that, you should be good to go.
