The hosting provider is mistaken. They are using a public DNS lookup tool but that is not going to show them the IPs that we are pointing the site to. In this respect, Ezoic works like a proxy similar to Cloudflare. You will want to refer to the DNS zone records in your Ezoic dashboard.
If you believe that the DNS zone records are all correct and that your hosting provider is not blocking any Ezoic IPs, you may want to check if you have any other security plugins or features enabled on your site. If your site is built with WordPress, it could be other WordPress plugins.
