Turn off Bet9ja Ads On My Site

Please admin, there are too many bet9ja Ads on my site and this could be the cause of my very low earnings.

Please turn them off completely.

Below is a screenshot of the stupid advert that's not just silly but also destroying my epmv.

I get fair clicks from Google daily but my earnings keep crashing because the only ad displaying is bet9ja ads

ErickssonDGreat112 If you don't want to show ads from a specific advertiser you can use the Advertiser Blocker App to prevent their ads showing on the site: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/advertiser-blocker-app

However, I'd exercise this with caution. Its unlikely that a specific advertiser would drive down EPMV. You'll also be paid by Ezoic for impressions, and not just clicks as with AdSense 🙂

Taking a look, your visitors are largely coming from Nigeria. This is a country with low paying ads, so will naturally have lower EPMVs than would be the case if you had visits from tier one countries such as the US. Your best bet would be to focus on creating content that is more likely to bring in visitors from countries with higher paying ads.

This is not true. Nigerian traffic is not Indian traffic. I earned almost $500 last year with AdSense in a month with a CPC of $0.50, purely Nigerian traffic.

Ezoic epmv sucks to be honest. When I joined newly, I made reasonable money with ezoic at least for the first month with same Nigerian traffic I earned $60+ in a month then second and third month things started to drop to the extent I hardly get up to $1 epmv even with the so called optimization at the latter stages.

I'll soon ditch ezoic again for good, this time.

ErickssonDGreat112 Sure, Nigerian traffic may be better performing than Indian traffic but it still won't pay as much as US/European traffic. Just taking a look at the site too, on various occasions you've not given Ezoic ample time to optimize your site. Its not an overnight process and typically takes around 12 weeks: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/understanding-ezoic-optimization-timeline

As you turn Ezoic on/off frequently you're not allowing machine learning to work on your site and test for the optimal ad setup for your users. If that isn't something you want to invest time in then you're not going to see the results you're looking for.

Ezoic makes my website look very spammy yet they pay me peanuts. Even pop under ads would have done better.

AdSense is switching to impressions next year. So this could be my last days on ezoic.
