Analytics looks strange

I noticed some strangeness in the analytics and earnings from October 26. Traffic on the site is normal. What could be the problem?

You indicated that you're not willing to share access to your GA for us to investigate, so would it be possible for you to run a report and provide us a screenshot?
'Sessions' data from Nov 1 - December 1 in GA.

Further, we have a few questions.

Are you purchasing traffic, or promoting the site via ads in any particular way?
Where is GA reporting the traffic location - as in, where are those 'sessions' geo-located?
Is there high engagement metrics showing for the sessions over the course of the last month? That would be time on site, multiple pageviews / visit, etc.

No, we do not buy traffic.

On that day that analytics dropped off you cleared the cache a bunch of times but made no other changes to your Ezoic settings. Did you make any changes to the site outside Ezoic, either at your host or via WordPress, around this time?

Yes, we have posted many new articles. Maybe it's the dns of Ezoic or Cloudflare?

Additionally, when I referred to changes in the site, I was referring more to backend changes e.g. your plugin setup, new host, new theme etc?

Also, have you double checked there's no site errors in Search Console?

AlexNorton4 Hi, would it be possible to see the host DNS, rather than Cloudflare? Its certainly odd that, as I mentioned, Ezoic and GA show a similar drop off and that you cannot identify any Console errors on the domain.

Apologies AlexNorton4 , but the records that we're looking for are different from those name servers we're seeing. They may be called 'zone files' rather than DNS settings? If you let us know who you're using for your hosting then we can send you a guide on how to find what we're looking for.

AlexNorton4 I took a look at Dynadot and was unable to find helpful guides to get this sorted. Can you contact their support team for additional information on accessing the DNS? Its specifically your IP we need to make sure is up to date/correct in Ezoic.

Hello, the problem has not been resolved. Later, 2 more sites appeared with the same symptoms. What other options are there to solve this problem?

AlexNorton4 If the same problem has occured, I recommend following the advice that has already been offered to you in this thread from the team, such as checking the DNS records in your Ezoic DNS records match up with the DNS records at your host. Did you manage to check the IP address that Ethan requested?

We have been utilizing the Simply Static plugin to generate a static version of our site, which has generally been functioning smoothly. However, we have noticed a recurring issue that arises when we overwrite the static site version. This action seems to trigger the problem we are experiencing.

Despite our efforts to resolve this by manually editing the DNS settings, the issue persists. It appears that our approach to addressing this matter might not be adequate, and therefore, we are turning to you for expert guidance.

A static version of your site will stop a lot of Ezoic features from working, including analytics. We offer CDN access for free to ensure that your site is fast, so there shouldn't be a need to serve your site statically with Ezoic. If you turn that plugin off, things should start working again.
