DKIM and DNS

Hi,
I Need to setup the DKIM in order to comply with the new standards for email marketing. I use ActiveCampaign and in their guide they say I need to act on the record CNAME.
Should I do it on Ezoic or on my hosting provider?

User12345 You will need to ensure that these records are added to your Ezoic DNS settings, as well as your host. You can follow the following guide to update your Ezoic DNS records: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-update-add-dns-records-and-subdomains

I checked the settings on my host and I see that I cannot make any changes there as the nameservers are managed by Cloudflare:
" Your domain is not pointing to HOSTINGCOMPANY. To manage DNS records, change your nameservers to HOSTINGCOMPANY's"

I believe this was required to make the integration with Ezoic.

What should I do?

User12345 Try adding the DNS record in Ezoic and then to Cloudflare and see if that does it. If not, then you made need to temporarily remove integration as you make the change to your DNS at the host. Let us know if you have any more questions or issues adding the DNS at Ezoic.
