Domain Transfer Process Issue

Hi team, I am trying to add my domain to this ezoic account of mine but it is declining. I am being told that it already exists. I have tried initiating the domain transfer process but the TXT option is not working for me. Please assist.

Yes i did but the process is not working. Also, the domain i don't know the email that is under it. Seems like it was registered before by the previous owner. If you can tell me the previous email used in it for ezoic registration account i will appreciate it so that i can do a follow up.

My friend who sold me this website exoticcareers.com has removed the site from his ezoic account , whose application at that time was rejected. I had to give him a call and inquire. However, despite him removing the site and deactivating the account, i am still facing the same issue of being unable to verify domain ownership. Please assist if you can.

There are other ways to verify ownership - we suggest trying a different method if you're struggling with this particular one.
We do not interfere / assist with the ownership verification or domain transfer process as it's all self-service.

Regarding approval status, we want to make sure you're aware that if a site was previously denied monetization services, and is then moved to a new account, it will not be eligible for re-review in almost every case.

Tucker_P_Ezoic I have seen on your thread you have helped people with this verify ownership before. I don't know why you are unable to do that now.

I have tried all of these methods but none is working. Even if it was once denied, it will not be eligible? Seriously yet i am a new owner? Can you check for me from your backend if mine is eligible or not? This way i don't spend a lot of time working towards something that will not bear any fruit.

As far as the ownership verification is concerned, there are multiple ways you can complete the process. The site configuration makes a difference because content can be cached and automated checks can be blocked. You can resolve that on your end or just use one of the other methods. That being said, it's a moot point with this site. You cannot reset the review and get approved in this situation. The previous status carries over and is directly linked to the site. We are unable to change that for you.

I did not own the previous account that was rejected. You should be lenient with me.

It's not about you or leniency. It's the site. We cannot approve the site. And to reiterate, we are unable to review site approvals in this forum. The process is managed through your dashboard.

Hello there,
While migrating my website, I got cache issues with ezoic, and cloudflare. Now my website is offline due to a caching issue.
I want to remove my website from ezoic, which i am unable to do this. In remove website section, it says, site must be unintegrated, which I have already done, but still unable to remove.
Please remove my website manually from ezoic.
After migrating my website to a new server, I will add it again. But right now, I need to remove it urgently to avoid caching issue as the website is offline in the last few hours.
