Adsense showing ads.txt error, mediation ads not appearing

My site has mediation on, from last few days mediation ads are not appearing and adsense account showing ads.txt error. Please fix it.

Did you switch from Cloud integration to WP plugin integration this week? The Whois record for your domain shows there was an update (Updated Date: 2023-12-12T18:45:37Z).

That could have removed the original Ads.txt entries that were set up for you automatically. It looks like you updated the Ads.txt file today and added the entry for Google AdSense. That should resolve the issue with Adsense but it can take a few days for Google to update their system.

Your nameservers are pointing to Cloudflare currently. Can you log in to your Ezoic dashboard and go to Settings to integrate via Cloudflare? That is better for performance ultimately.

Dear team,

I used Ezoic's integration so that ads.txt was added by you.

My DNS records point to you and I've changed nothing on my end.

Since being approved by Adsense last week it has continued to show ads.txt as missing.

I previously had ads.txt in my database from when I used Google Ads on my previous domain, but migrated same WordPress website with set up. Therefore, I do not see why it would be missing.

I don't want to change anything without your recommendation.

Please can you confirm what step to take to resolve this?

JamieK Hi James, what you need to do to resolve the error is go to the Ezoic ads.txt app > click ads.txt manager > click add new network > prefill AdSense information > insert your AdSense publisher ID > click save.

Once you've done that you'll have a valid ads.txt file that also contains AdSense information, meaning you won't see any warnings in AdSense regarding the ads.txt file. Let us know if you have further questions on this
