My Payments are on hold and aren't getting paif for straight 3-4 months

Hello, My payments are still pending for 3-4 months and my previous payments have also not been released. It has already crossed 200usd but it just shows payments are on hold and there is no way to contact the support team. Please let me know why it is like this when I have filled in all the needed documents.

This has never been the case with adsense. Please help me out with this since I can't wait any longer
