Low Cache Hit Rate

The cache hit rate has significantly dropped, even though I've set the minimum cache age to 30 days in the Leap settings. This started after I switched to a new hosting provider for my site, and I'm currently using Cloudflare for integration. I'm wondering if the host migration is related to this issue or any other possible reason?
