Back around last October, I took Ezoic off my site by changing the DNS back to my original server. Several days ago, I decided to reactivate Ezoic and changed the DNS back to the ones that are listed on the Ezoic Settings DNS provider list.

Now when I go to my website, I'm getting an "Origin Unreachable" error as shown in the attachment. I read the "how to fix" support article and disabled my plugins folder and that didn't work. Everything was working back in September and I haven't changed the hosting or registrar.

Ezoic dashboards show that site is integrated and that Whitelist is confirmed. Trouble shooting pages shows no conflicts and a 200 code.

Any suggestions would be appreciated because the site has been down for two days now and I don't want to lose my rankings.

Thanks!

Is it possible that your hosting provider moved your site to a different server? You can log in to your Ezoic dashboard and go to Settings -> DNS to review the current DNS zone records. The IP address for the A records is especially important. Are you seeing the same IP address in your hosting control panel or a different one?

Did your hosting provider confirm to you that they have whitelisted the IPs?

You were absolutely right! The A records had a different IP. It's working now.

    Thank You so very much!!!
