My Google Ad Manager account has been denied and Google Ad Manager team is saying to contact the parent publisher team. Kindly help.
I don't have any other Google Ad Manager account before.

If you do not recognize the email address that Ad Manager listed as your duplicate account, can you please reach out to your Ezoic representative or the Support team? They may be able to help you get in touch with Google to get this resolved.
