How can I disable automatic ad placements while the website is integrated through the plugin.
The ads appear all over, some even taking half of the page and I can't see toggle off AI placement option on my Ezoic dashboard.

I wish someone from Ezoic team would respond to your questions. I also want to disable some particular ads the pop on my website, and nothing I do succeeds to restrict them!

Can you clarify? Where are they taking half the page? Is that on mobile or a vignette ad that you are referring to?

It's possible to adjust the ad placements directly through your dashboard.

You can go to Ezoic Ads -> Ad Configuration to disable ads in various locations. For example, you can use the exclusion filter to remove ads from lists and specially formatted boxes. That page also allows you to adjust ad density and minimum number of words per paragraph.

Vignette ads, which are pop-up ads that appear in between internal pageviews, can be reset through Ezoic Ads -> Ad Types.

There are also other ad restrictions you can enable, e.g. Disable Ads by Page, Ad Categories, Max Ads per Page etc.

If it's just an issue on one page instead of sitewide, you can use the Ezoic Chrome extension to make adjustments.

Mohammad2306 I have tried the Ad Exclusion Filter, but it doesn't seem to work for me. Yes, I have cleared caches, but even many days after adding exclusions on DIv id and Div Class, I am still seeing ads in unwanted locations. Eg on this page, https://railmaps.com.au/sydney.htm , I am getting ad no 154 between the Zoom control button and the map even though it is included within a DIV with class of noadvertsplease . I just have not been able to get rid of it.

Another thing to keep in mind once you have updated ad placements, please be sure to clear your cache (Ezoic cache, WP plugin cache, hosting cache, browser cache etc.).

I am unable to post a question and also need help to restrict certain ads from my website.

WoEgypt It looks you already opened another thread. You can use the Advertiser Blocker app. Please note that ad you pointed out is unlikely to show up for all of your visitors. Advertisers bids tend to vary based on individual user profiles.

Usually I'd just turn off AI placements and set ad locations manually using the plugin as shown in the screenshot attached.

However, I'm unable to locate that option after switching to plugin integration.

It's insane. Can you please help me. Articles that I have published on Wordpress haven't shown on the homepage for over a week now! I delete articles and they still show up. I contacted Wordpress support but no one cares to help!

kevinkoech0703 You can also set up exclusion filters through your WordPress dashboard (-> https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-create-exclusion-filters-for-placeholders).

If it's just the ad size of a placeholder on mobile, you can adjust it through your Ezoic dashboard. Just go to Ezoic Ads -> Ad Positions -> Placeholders -> Generated Placeholders and select Size Criteria for the ad placeholder in question.

How can I clear my cached and cookies.
I think I did, but perhaps there is something else I need to do.

I added them to Advertizers Blocker, but they keep showing up.
Is there something you need to refresh from your end.

WoEgypt If articles aren't showing up, that's a caching issue. Simply clear your cache or set up the CDN Manager.

Wordpress request me to pay money to add the plugins for these functions!
When I signed up for Ezoic, I was told that it is provided with the sign up.

There is no need to pay for these features through Wordpress. In fact, you will want to make sure that you have no caching enabled at your host as it could interfere with how our caching works. But again, I would highly suggest becoming familiar with our knowledge based articles and searching there before asking questions here in the community. MAdeel We strongly advise against doing this. It is much better to optimize your setup through our automated ad placements, are you seeing an issue with a specific ad location? railmaps You had not deleted placeholder 154. I've deleted this for you now and it is no longer showing. I recommend clearing out your browser cache before you check.
