Is Humix having a video playback issue?

My Humix videos are not playing on my site. They were earlier today but I am having issues with the videos playing.

Can you provide a bit more context behind the request?
We're not seeing any issues with the universal player and the humix videos assigned (see screenshot).
If you can provide more information so that we can try to recreate what you're seeing, we'd be happy to further troubleshoot with you 🙂
