Good day, since Adsense introduction of eCPM payment for users, my adsense mediation earnings has been nothing to write home about. would you recommend removing this, as this is really really poor.

We'd advise against removing it at this time. The fact that you are seeing at least some Mediation revenue indicates that you are benefitting from it. We'll continue to evaluate but there is no downside to keeping it on.

Before now, ads have always been displayed in my header position in mobile device, and that has been one of my best performing place holder, but recently, no ad unit displays in that position, I have been trying to ensure the ads remain in that position without dancing round using the Ezoic ads, Ads position rule, but it seems not to do the job.

AdSense Mediation ad units compete through Ezoic ad placeholder locations.

You can use the Ezoic Chrome extension to add placeholders to specific locations directly.

Even after adding the placeholders, it still do not appear on mobile, that is my complaint
