It's important to check the ad revenue index. Seasonal changes in ad rates affect revenue for publishers across the industry. For example ad rates typically climb towards the holiday season in December and then drop in Q1:

If the ad trends do not match the pattern in your EPMV then there are some other things you can check:
- Is your site integrated with Ezoic?
- Have you got a good spread of placeholders set up? See this guide for more info on how to do that: Best practice guide https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/ezoic-ad-tester-best-practice-guide
- Is your site switched on with Ezoic? (You can check this in the settings tab and in the monetization tab in your dashboard).
- Have you applied to the Ad Exchange on the homepage of your dashboard?
- Have you wrapped all the existing ads you had on your site with Ezoic code?
- Have you set up ads.txt? https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/everything-you-need-to-know-about-adstxt
- Have you made any major changes such as a site re-design, hosting migration, SSL change or added any new plugins recently? If so please get in touch with our Success Support team so that we can help you with next steps.
- Have you deleted any placeholders or placeholder sizes? (If so you should be able to restore these in your dashboard - deleting placeholders can affect revenue as it reduces the number of ad combinations available to our system to show).
- Check in your dashboard under content > objectionable content filter to see if there is any adult content on your site. You should remove this if there is as ads won't show on pages where the system detects objectionable content. This is to help you keep your site Google compliant.
