Hello Ethan, sorry for using this old conversation, as I am unable to find where I can raise my issue. I am forced to use this old conversation to raise an urgent problem that I am facing at the moment,
I am writing to urgently address a recent flag/ban placed on my Ezoic account, jobsearch.co.ke. I understand that there has been a surge in traffic to my website, and I am genuinely concerned about the source of this increase as I constantly monitor my traffic.
I want to reassure you that neither my team nor I have taken any actions to increase website traffic artificially. We understand the seriousness of such actions and their potential consequences. We are currently investigating the cause of this unexpected traffic surge to ensure it adheres to Ezoic's guidelines.
In the meantime, I kindly request that you consider reinstating my account, as it wasn't our fault from the end. We are committed to maintaining transparency and adhering to Ezoic's terms of service.
I have attached a screenshot of my daily visitors. As it indicates, on April Wednesday and April Thursday, the website experienced a surge in traffic of 18k and 1k, respectfully, which can really raise an alarm as the website has never had such visitors. From our end, it is also our concern, as we can't explain what really happened. Kindly, it wasn't our fault.
I would be grateful for the opportunity to discuss this matter further and provide any additional information you may require. Please do not hesitate to contact me at amos4makori@gmail.com.
Thank you. I hope to hear from you soon.
