Ezoic Ads Temporary pause

Good day, I want to pause ezoic ads (all ads actually) on my website to work on something on my website, how do I go about this. I use ezoic premium

Gabstron If you use Ezoic Premium then note that if you turn off Ezoic traffic or remove integration your Ezoic payments will be paused, that is because when you signed the Premium agreement you agree to send all your traffic to Ezoic.

Is there something we can help with in terms of altering your ad setup?

by payment, do you mean payment in my Ezoic balance?

And if reinstalled, I get to be payed back the balance, correct?

We'll unpause payment after you've remained integrated for some time, as we will need you to fulfil the terms of your Ezoic premium agreement.

Good day, ads are paused on my website due to invalid traffic i have since corrected what might have caused that and sent a review appeal 12 days ago nobody is responding. What must i do to get the feedback? Because i also send follow up still no response.
