Rocket.net hosting

Hi there,
Does Ezoic have any issue with Rocket.net hosting? Facing many issues with integration, Ezoic plugin, and others. Also, I could not find any information about it on the forum.

britto Hey, can you provide details on the specific issues you are seeing? Can you ask your host to whitelist the list of IPs found here: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-fix-origin-errors

First al all, Cloud connection doesn't work. Keep saying Ezoic detected a compatibility issue. I switched to WordPress integration then all my cache plugins and optimization plugins stopped working, and was unable to create any cache files, critical CSS files, or dynamic font files. After contacting the support of Rocket.net they told me Ezoic doesn't work with Rocket.net because they had previous clients complaining about the same issue. Also, they told me as soon as I turn the Ezoic plugin off everything will work. and it did.

britto Plugin integration isn't going to be a good/viable option if you use Rocket.net, but we should be able to get you cloud integrated. Which method of integration was it you chose and can you remember the specific compatibility error? We can likely help you get this sorted but you would need to reintegrate for us to look into this

Hi there, I tried to reconnect with Rocket.net and facing issues.

From Rocket.net they gave me 2 DNS records to add

an A record with the root (@) with the ip 104.19.154.92. or a cname record at @ points to v8lgch9vwp.onrocket.site
a cname record at www points to v8lgch9vwp.onrocket.site (this was successful)

Now for no 1, I can't do none. For the first option Ezoic DNS gives me this "Pointing Ezoic DNS to Cloudflare address would cause a loop." if I choose the second option "'CNAME' is not allowed to be root"

I use the www version as the only option so if I only choose to use the no 2 then my site doesn't get any ads or even the consent manager.

britto - Looks like there's another IP address currently in your DNS records - one that doesn't appear to be a Cloudflare IP. do you remember the errors you were getting when you integrated with this IP in place? That's errors on the site itself (if any) rather than in your Ezoic dashboard.

I have removed the ip, and reintegrated with nameserver but still, I am unable to connect Rocket.net

britto Just taking another look, although all the DNS records you mentioned aren't added to Ezoic, your site is integrated, routed through Ezoic and showing ads. Are you experiencing any issues other than getting the site integrated, as this part looks resolved.
