Video processing getting stuck

I am trying to upload a video but it's getting stuck in processing, The Video Is only 237 Mb, in the past, I have uploaded far bigger videos to Humix. So far I have tried 4-5 times by deleting and reuploading the video and it always gets stuck randomly after 70%. This happened with some other videos in the past but reuploading them fixed it. is there any solution to this because this is such a waste of time

We can try and track down what's happening with that particular video --- have you noticed this with any other video's before or since?

Tucker_P_Ezoic it failed to upload even in 5th attempt. So I uploaded it to the YouTube and imported from YouTube. Yes it happened in almost every video I try to upload but no issues when importing from YouTube. Soon I am going to upload another video, I will update here if issue continues.

Our video team looked into it. This appears to be related to the size of the video upload (700+ MB for the most recent video) and the processing involved on both ends. You can upload the video again in this case or try the YT workaround you mentioned previously.

Mohammad2306 previous video was around only 250mb and it still didn’t upload, there is definitely something wrong here.

Mohammad2306 I also tried re uploading and same thing happened processing got stuck at 1% for half an hour. What I want to know is if there is any solution for this, because it wastes 2-3 hours every time I try to upload the video.

Yes, we are aware of that. That said, this error does not happen consistently for all pubs. This is why I mentioned the processing involved on both ends. It could be specific to your set-up. The recommendation from our developers is to upload the video again or use the YT work around you mentioned.

Mohammad2306 I don't want to publish the video on YouTube because it will compete with the site's video and it doesn't import private videos from YouTube.

Can you try uploading from a different device / network connection?

Mohammad2306 alright I will try using different device for next video. As per the network I have 200mbps with very low ping. so, I don’t think that’s the problem.

Mohammad2306 Uploading from another device worked, However video was 300mb almost half a size of the previous video.

Now I have a new problem, category isn't being saved on the last video which I imported from YouTube. I tried 4-5 times but as soon as I refresh the page it switch back to " No category assigned"

Do you mean when you go to Video SEO & Settings and select a Content category from the drop-down menu and hit Save? And this is happening on all devices too? Can you share a screenshot of the error?

Mohammad2306 yes, on all devices. I am able to select and save it. And it even shows the selected category. However as soon as I refresh the page, it switch back to “no category assigned”

Is this for H--ai Star video? What category are you trying to assign it to? We can try processing the update on our end.
