Good morning.

Since recently - the video floating ad turns into full screen video ad on its own, without user clicking.
Like - users can scroll down the page without clicking that video floating ad - and it would blow into full size video ad on mobile on it's own without ability to close it seems.

How could I disable this behavior?

jjadsf Hey, are you able to send over a screenshot of this occurring so we can confirm why its happening? Your site is using Ezoic's Universal Player, which is a full video player that includes instream and outstream ads, and performs well in terms of revenue. This may well be what you're referring to, but a screenshot will help us confirm

jjadsf Oh that is odd, and not intended behaviour - is this only occurring on mobile? I'm not able to recreate currently, where are you based?

Also, what caching are you currently using on the site? This may just be happening due to the site using caching incompatible with Ezoic.

Yeah - this happens on mobile. I'm able to recreate on mobile safari.
        I'm in US, Connecticut

Also, what caching are you currently using on the site? This may just be happening due to the site using caching incompatible with Ezoic.

varnish cache, but im certain this is not cache related.

edit: I do not observe this problem in chrome on android or Firefox on android.

edit 2: Ive used varnish cache for a year, never had this problem. Im also very very savvy developer and I can assure you varnish has nothing to do with this issue.

Ethan my guess was this is either bad un-compliant ad, or some new functionality added by Ezoic (something lke: "expand on scroll").

however judging by your response this is not a feature added by ezoic and cannot be disabled. If that's the case - I think I would rather disable the universal player.

jjadsf I can see you've been using the universal player since November, so it is odd we'd only notice the issue now and we've not added new functionality to the deliver of the Universal Player as far as I am aware. However, you did change integration methods in February, and standalone integration means you're not able to use Ezoic caching, so I just disabled Ezoic caching for you. Can you clear the cache and see if it helped? If not we may need to disable the Universal Player on mobile

Ethan OMG yes - whatever your did worked. I checked and not seeing the issue anymore.
              thank you sir!
