All points above are correct. Just to add to this. I also have not received any email communication to info@jnk*******.com regarding an Ad Manager account (e.g. invite or confirmation email) other than one single email on Jan 9, 2024 that is informing Ad Manager Partners about the introduction of the new sensitive events policy and is referring to a network code. I am hesitant to post this code in a public forum though. Can I post it hidden?
That's really the only email communication I received from admanager-noreply@google.com and I am someone who archives most emails instead of deleting them unless it's purely promotional.
Google is allowing me to create a new Adsense account but as soon as I add my domain ctwk.com, the account is disapproved because "you already have an account. Use that account to access Adsense, or close your other accounts".

When I try to contact Google, all support options that are offered to me is their community forum. I posted twice there and no-one cares to respond:

Full Disclosure: Yes, I do have a private Adsense account in my personal capacity. This account was setup in a different country and I use it for some very old private projects. The new Adsense account is for my business that I started in a different country together with a business partner. I cannot just use my personal Adsense account for this domain for tax compliance and legal reasons.
My business partner also tried to open the account in her name, and in the business name, with her email and a generic business email but always with the exact same result - as soon as we add the domain for approval, the account is closed. So I am starting to think that the problem is not my personal Adsense account (that is in no way related to the business) but the domain ctwk.com. And this is where Ezoic and the Ads Manager Account comes in because this domain is apparently approved for the Ad Manager Account in question.
I have tried and used all the emails that we attempted to open the new Adsense account with (personal emails, business emails) to login to admanager.google.com but no account is connected to an actual account. My personal gmail account is connected to a client's Ad Manager account that I help him to manage for a completely different domain.
I obviously had to open the new Adsense account in a different country because that's where the business is legally placed. For legal reasons I cannot just open the Adsense Account in a different country that matches with the country of my personal Adsense account.
I appreciate any help and further guidance to resolve this.
