Change in integration

Hello, yesterday I made the change to the nameserves integration for the wordpress plugin, but the ads stopped being displayed on the site.

Furthermore, I received this email: "The Ezoic Team has detected a change to your EzoicAds integration settings which will result in an interruption to your ad serving for [domain].net.

aaaaaaaaaa Hey, can we ask what prompted you to change your method of integration? Name server integration is superior to the Wordpress plugin in terms of speed, and preventing issues with ads showing. Do you have any external caching technologies enabled on the site? If so, what are you using?

Imogen I changed the website server, and I was having a problem with the old integration, I managed to solve it just using Cloudflare itself. Will the ads be shown again?

You've deleted all of the DNS records from the Ezoic Dashboard - that results in errors with integration and would prevent ads from showing, even when WP Plugin integrated. We're not sure why that action was taken, as there's no recommendations to do so in our documentation about errors.

What you'd need to do - regardless of which method of integration you're looking to use, is to add the A @ and CNAME www records to the Ezoic DNS as soon as possible: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-update-add-dns-records-and-subdomains

Tucker_P_Ezoic Is integration via cloudflare a solution? I just did this.

You're all set in regards to integration for the domain - however, you'd absolutely want to add back in some if not all of the records you deleted --- the Ezoic DNS need to match what's on record at Cloudflare in this case (do not change the ALIAS @ or AAAA www, but add in the additional records that are missing).
