Leap Optimization Settings - Contact/Subscribe forms no longer displaying

Since activating the Leap optimization settings, which I asked to be set up for me, I can no longer see any of the contact or subscribe forms - on the Home page, Footer, sidebar and Contact page (on a Squarespace website). Can anyone help me identify which setting I need to perhaps turn off in Leap?

It's somewhat dependent on how those page elements are setup on the site.
A good place to start is with script delay - toggling the script execution function OFF and then clearing all caching for the site to test.
