hi, my website had for some days a 403 forbiden error, i had cloudfare and hostinger hosting and i'd allowed the whitelist ip on hostinger and cloudfare but the issue persist

We're seeing a 'critical error' showing on the site when we visit - it looks like the 403 is on the back-end, correct?

This is something you most likely need to debug with your host, since Ezoic is not the host of the site (only routing through the proxy).

One thing to keep in mind - a lot of hosting support agents will misunderstand the proxied setup, as in: they will see the Ezoic NS or run an online DNS check and mistake Ezoic for being the host of the site, or say 'the site isn't pointing to our servers'.
