Hello Team,

As I can see, my CLS score is very poor, and it displays in the red zone. Can you see why this happens? I can't disable Universal Floating Video Player ads. I tried to disable it, but the below error shows me.

"There was an error validating your request; please reload the page. If the error persists, please contact support."

Can you look at these two issues?
(1) CLS score in the red zone
(2) Can't disable Universal Floating Video Player ads

1) looks like there might be a placeholder causing the layout shift - I've deactivated it for you now, and you'll stop seeing this happening. Don't forget that Core web vitals data is taken over an 28 day average, so it may take some time for you to start to see positive results.

2) Looks like Universal player is off - just try refreshing your cache and cookies in your browser.
