When you clear the Ezoic cache this might take a little while to propagate across all the different layout tester templates.
If you have pages that are updated with new content very frequently you can try pressing Ctrl + alt + e on your computer to clear the cache site wide for all users or you can set a rule in the caching app to clear the cache at a short interval just for the pages you update often.
