Cache hit rate dropped to zero

Hello Team,
I have been using Ezoic for almost 2.5 months. My cache hit rate has always been high nearly 100%. But after March 12, it suddenly dropped to Zero. I didn't make any changes to the website for almost a month so, I don't know why it dropped like that. I hereby attach the screenshot, please take a look.

Do you have litespeed cache currently active? It's not compatible with Ezoic, so you'll need to deactivate and remove it to get things working properly again .

Does removing it completely cause any problems? Because I have been using it for almost 2 years. Also, I think I have Cloudflare CDN, is that okay?

Also, I need to know whether I can switch off only the cache in the lite speed plugin or if I need to entirely deactivate the plugin and delete it. Because I have other optimizations there like page optimizations (minify CSS, js, etc.)

If I need to entirely deactivate and delete the plugin, can you guide me through the deactivation process? Shall I just click deactivate in the plugins list or do I need to do any internal coding things?

Nithishcnk Cloudflare CDN is fine (just make sure caching in Cloudflare is set to standard). Also removing Litespeed won't cause issues, it'll actually improve your cache hit rate and the delivery of content/ads since Litespeed isn't compatible with Ezoic.

If you're using Litespeed for optimizations, then you may just want to disable the caching features (though we cannot guide you on how to do that exactly). Or, you can disable litespeed entirely and optimize the site instead with Leap, which will have the same/similar optimization settings: https://pubdash.ezoic.com/leap/optimize

Thank you for the response. I will definitely take a look into Leap optimisations. I am out of town for 2 days so i can't do it now. After 2 days, i will remove litespeed plugin entirely and turn on leap optimisation. If i encounter any issues, i will seek support here. Thank you both for your time and support.
