Ezoic Cookie Banner not showing anymore

Good Morning,
I changed today from WordPress Plugin Integration to DNS Integration but the cookie banner is not showing anymore on my website. I checked the consent management settings in ezoic and they look fine, but if I click there the button to check it on my live website the cookie banner is not showing up.
Can you please help me here?

matze404 I was just hit with a 520 error, so wasn't able to access the site at all. Who're you using for hosting? In most cases you can solve 520 errors by having your host whitelist Ezoic's IPs, here's a guide including the said IPs and additional details: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-fix-origin-errors

Now I also get the cookie banner after clearing browser cache and cookies but no ads are shown. Did you see some ads?

Ethan thanks for checking. I am using the german provider IONOS. I will try to reach out to them to whitelist the IPs. Thanks for the link.

I got today a response from my webhoster IONOS. They said following:

We would like to inform you that the name servers you use belong to Ezoic. Unfortunately, due to this configuration, we do not have any direct options to make changes to the provider data.

Since the management of the name servers is the responsibility of Ezoic, we recommend that you contact Ezoic directly to make any adjustments or changes.

matze404 Sorry to hear that IONOS won't cooperate on this. Your options would be to move back to plugin integration, or move to a host that works seamlessly with Ezoic.
