Why is my payment not processed?

Hello,

It's the first time I'll monetize my website but I am not sure Ezoic has never processed my payment even after meeting all the criteria.

Here's are the facts of my situation.

Tax Information setup
Payment type is set to Cheque
Payment threshold is set to $100 USD.

Timeline

Monetized my account in September 2021

$29.26 revenue between September 21 - September 30
$305.99 revenue between October 01 - October 31

I expected revenue of $335.25 to be paid out when payment was processed on November 4 but I was surprised to see a notice that said the threshold was not met, however, I had already gone past the $100 threshold I set up in my account.

I am just worried I am not doing something right, maybe that's why the payment was not released.

Can anyone please help me understand how payment works on Ezoic?

It's my understanding that your September revenue would roll over and be added to your October revenue.

Your October revenue will not be paid until the end of November. It's always that way. We get paid for any given month at the end of the next month.

You can check your payment history by clicking the "person" icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard. Then click Payment History.

The following statement is from the article at https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/ezoic-payments?lang=en-US

"We operate on a net 30 day schedule and pay in arrears, usually within 30 days. For example, you should typically get paid January's revenue at the end of February. Payments typically go out any time between the 27th and 31st of the month. "
