Once your host confirms they have whitelisted Ezoic IPs, you also need to go to Ezoic -> Settings -> Connection -> Troubleshooting and click on the button to Confirm Whitelisting.
Also, have you made any changes to your hosting? Did you verify that the IP address for the A records in your Ezoic dashboard (-> Ezoic -> Settings -> DNS) matches the IP you are seeing in your hosting dashboard? https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-update-add-dns-records-and-subdomains
Are you using any security plugins or firewalls? If so, you'll want to whitelist the IPs through those tools as well.
