I am hosting my https://ourwanders.com/ travel blog on fastcomet.com. Suddenly my site became unavailable. I am getting 520 errors Cloudflare. I got this message from the Fastcomet support:
"Hello,
Thank you for contacting the FastComet Technical Support team.
I see that your domain is currently routed via Cloudflare, but due to recent DDoS attack toward the shared server, some Cloudflare IPs might be restricted by an additional firewall filtration.
Could you please pause Cloudflare for ourwanders.com, then allow 5–6 minutes and try to visit the website again?
Our technical support team remains 24/7 at your service.
Best Regards,
XYZ"
I logged in to Cloudflare and through the advanced settings, I was able to pause Cloudflare itself. But now I am getting Ezoic site unavailable error message.
After checking the Ezoic settings it seems there is no pause option for either Ezoic (the site split feature got removed) or Cloudflare. I can only see "Cloudflare disconnect" which gives the warning "Disconnecting CloudFlare will break your site's connection with Ezoic. " since I am a premium member that will count as a breach of contract (as my understanding) which results in a penalty fee.
What can I do in this situation?
BTW this is not the first time my site was unavailable because of some weird Ezoic+Cloudflare behaviour. Not having proper support when I am a paid member is frustrating.
