Hi, if I type in the browser "recetasconthermo.com" the site loads, but if I type "www.recetasconthermo.com", it does not load. Checking at Ezoic I found this info:

Change your name servers with your DNS provider
A www record was not found in your DNS settings. Before integrating, please add in the correct record in your DNS settings . If you're unsure on what it is, please contact your host.

I´ve contacted my host but he refers me to an Ezoic url with a lot of technician words that I don´t understand.

Current Name Servers:
Change Name Servers to:
*Nameserver 1: gharial.ezoicns.com gharial.ezoicns.com
*Nameserver 2: maltese.ezoicns.com maltese.ezoicns.com
*Nameserver 3: quetzal.ezoicns.com quetzal.ezoicns.com
*Nameserver 4: ragdoll.ezoicns.com ragdoll.ezoicns.com

Please help. I don´t have technical knowledge and I don´t know what to do.

Alex2011 A www record has been added to your DNS records, however the site is now loading with an SSL error. Can you please disable any exteranal SSL technology that you have enabled, such as at your host or via any SSL plugins?

Hi Imogen:

First of all, many thanks for your reply and response, and for to add the missing data.
Regarding the SSL technology, I´ve checked with my hosting (Web Empresa) and this feature is disabled.

I don´t know where else to check it, as my knowledge is VERY LOW.

If by your side you can check it, I would appreciate it, or let me know where I should search for it.

I remember in the past weeks have uploaded a plugin related to SSL, but I´ve removed it.

Alex2011 Hey, I've just checked back and it looks to be working as expected now - can you clear out your browser cache and check this on your end? The DNS record must have been propagating, causing a momentary error
