wrong limit

In April my limit started with 2/2
After rendering just 1 video the limit went to 0/2

Who can agree to the limit?

April started with 2 credits, I used 1 and the balance went to Zero

How to contact Flickify?

I have already sent 2 Provide Feedback with the text and image above.

But no answer and solution so far.

GACSL Hi, so in March you had two credits to render because as a Premium member you get one credit, and then you also get one free Flickify credit to use for the first time. However, as a Premium publisher you only get one credit per month. I'm not entirely sure why the credits showed as two, because that isn't correct, you are meant to get one credit a month.

I'm sorry to hear that.

Just 1 credit per month does not allow us to learn, evolve and test the results of 1 video.

Not to mention the high costs per video if we subscribe.

There are many comments complaining about the prices/videos

I also saw your answers as to why.

This makes it difficult (or impossible) for publishers with low "free" credits to be able to use the tool.

Please review your usage concepts.
