How to deactivate auto insert ads

I have been consulting some guides in the forum without finding a suitable answer, neither in youtube. Could you tell me how I can disable the auto insert ads on my websites, I want to place them manually only. Is there any way and what is the procedure, I can not do it from the menu.

If you're able to provide us with a description of what's occurring on the site that's prompting this request, it allows us to offer you the best possible advice / help to make a decision around the setup.
Sometimes, disabling the auto-ads is what's right for a situation - but more often than not another solution is found that doesn't negatively affect the potential earnings as much as a complete disabling of the feature would cause.
We also like to make sure you're aware of the effort that would need to be put in to setup fully manually, and what sort of revenue potential ramifications occur as a result.

I have several sites where those ads automatically appear in places that do not interest me and that distort the user experience. I know I can create the ads with the Ezoic chrome plugin and I can take care of creating the templates for the posts and pages that most of the time are similar in theme. It is easier for me to create the ads in the position I want than to try to exclude them or fix them using CSS or with rules for the different sections of my site.

As Tucker mentioned, the way to go about this is setting up ad restrictions e.g. max ads per page, or disabling ads by page/subdomain: https://pubdash.ezoic.com/ezoicads/adrestrictions

Or to set up some custom ad density rules e.g. exclude ads by CSS: https://pubdash.ezoic.com/ezoicads/adconfiguration

I have the same question because ezoic auto insertion total spoils the user's experience just to increase ad count's per page, i also request ezoic to give user's an option to place ads maually in website like other's adversting network's adsense & adstera.
