Your server is returning cache control header values that prevent us from caching. You can either update them or enable Override Cache Control Headers in the Ezoic Cloud Caching App to allow the CDN to ignore them.

That would explain why the cache hit rate with Ezoic is 0%. You need to turn on Ezoic caching, disable third party caching (if you use any) and then this'll allow Ezoic caching to work as expected. Let us know if that is not clear
