When publishers see a privacy error it's usually due to an incorrect SSL configuration on the origin server - you can check this by modifying your host file to point to the origin server IP and bypass Ezoic: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-edit-your-hosts-file
On the Ezoic end of things, it's important that the SSL settings at Ezoic are set up correctly so that Ezoic can de-crypt and re-encrypt requests.
If you are name server integrated with Ezoic and have an SSL certificate on your origin server you should set the Ezoic SSL app to ""full"".
If you do not have an existing SSL certificate you can set the Ezoic SSL app to flexible.
If you are integrated via Cloudflare with Ezoic you should configure the SSL settings at Ezoic to match those at Cloudflare.
If you are integrated with Ezoic via the Wordpress plugin then Ezoic will not be able to generate an SSL certificate for your site.
If you are encountering any SSL-related errors for example a redirect error, then it is likely there is a redirect set up on the origin server and a redirect in the SSL app at Ezoic which could be causing an infinite redirect loop. You can try removing one of the redirects.
