Video status "uploading" forever

Hello,
Today I tried to upload videos to Humix. However, there were some videos status that were "uploading" for hours or even days, and these uploads failed. I had to delete and upload again. My internet connection was fine. I had not faced this problem before. I did not reload the page while uploading.
I did something wrong?

ETS Its a little difficult for us to troubleshoot since the videos aren't showing in the Humix dashboard. Is there any noticeable difference between the videos that didn't upload and those that have e.g. video length?

Thank you very much for your help. I don't think it is because of the video length. I just delete the long "uploading" video and then re-upload; it works, but it is inconvenient. I have to wait for hours to check if the videos upload successfully or not. I notice that this happens since you updated the latest Humix dashboard.

ETS So just to clarify, this happens intermittently to all your videos now? Thanks for further clarifying this only occurred since the recent Humix update.

The more information you can provide us with the better. We can relay this to the Humix team to try provide better UX moving forward.

This does not happen to all my videos. This happens to some of my videos. As I notice, 25% of my videos upload unsuccessfully.

ETS Thanks, and do you notice any pattern in the kinds of videos it happens to? Or, is it just completely random? Apologies for the questions here, just trying to get as much information as possible so we can try identify why it is happening

It is random. In the past, whenever the embed code page displayed, the video uploaded successfully. Now that the embed code page is displayed, it is not sure if the video was uploaded successfully or not.

How large are the videos that tend to fail (i.e. file size)? Have you tried a different network connection? Same result?

Mohammad2306 My videos are not large from 25MB - 100 MB. I have not tried a different network connection but my network connection is fine. I upload a video to Youtube it just takes few seconds. Thank you very much.

ETS I'll relay this to the team and see if they can identify why the videos aren't always uploading. I will let you know what they say!

I have exactly the same problem. Uploaded a video 2 days ago. The upload was confirmed on the Humix site. But the loading is still displayed in the studio.

I think the problem is the upload script is confusing among channels. I found that when I uploaded a video in channel A but the script showed the video link in Channel B then the video showed "uploading" forever.
