I havent receive my September Revenue yet. When can i receive my Revenue?

It said that "We put 45 days in our terms because this is the very latest you can expect to be paid" at ezoic support. To day is November 29th, it mean 60 days over from September but i havent receive my September Revenue yet.

I dont know what happend. When can i receive my Revenue?

To get paid on time at the end of the month, you will need to:

Earn at least $20 in the previous earnings period
Make sure you fill out your tax information
Have chosen your payment method preferences under payment settings

Hi Kelly. Thank you very much for answearing my question.
Yep, I have already finish 3 point that you tell me, and read link and other post very much time to check if I am not doing something right. But i cant explain what happend, and how to solve it.

Please help me to set up my setting payment, or check that what happenned, cause i cant not wait anymore.

Here's are the facts of my situation.

Earn $178.73 from September to November
Filed out tax information: Finished (with tax ID as 000-00-0000 cause i am in Japan and i am not in US)
Payment type is set to Payment Form: Bank Transfer or Prepaid Card Via Payoneer (finished conected to my Payonneer Account)
1. Payment threshold is set to $100 USD.

Timeline

Monetized my account in September 2021 9th
$19.15 revenue between September 21 - September 30 (Starting Balance)
$58.49 revenue between October 01 - October 31 (Starting Balance)
$101.09 revenue between October 01 - Novmber 31 (Starting Balance)

Invoice infor:
1.30 September 2021: The amount of $19.15 USD will be transferred to US Bank Transfer via Payoneer.

31 October 2021 : The amount of $58.49 USD will be transferred to US Bank Transfer via Payoneer.
30 November 2021: The amount of $101.09 USD will be transferred to US Bank Transfer via Payoneer.

I expected revenue of $19.15 + $58.49 to be paid out when payment was processed on October 4 or November 4, or November 31, but I was surprised to see that even it is December now, nothing was sent to my Payoneer.
From September, it means my payments are still pending for 2-3 months. This has never been the case with adsense.

Please help me. Thanks.
