IPN connection issue with Digimember and Ezoic integration

Hi, Ethan I tried working on the problem with the digimember-support, but we still need your help. Digimember ist a plugin installed in Wordpress and it is connected to digistore24 as a payment provider. I don`t see any error in wordpress, but the IPN-Connection ist not working- when testing it in my digistore24-account I get the following error:

What did digimember-support say when you contacted them?

The shop directory on your site (myspreadshop.de) isn't routed through Ezoic's proxy at all right now, so there isn't a connection between Ezoic and the shop directory of the site. Is this the part of the site affected by the error?

It seems the error may be due to the consent modal (as the error references the CMP).

Somehow the payments are going through. wordpress (digimember) creates the wordpress-accounts for the customers. But digistore doesn´t get the information about the password and the username which the customers need to log in.

The spreadshop ist not affected and has nothing to do with digistore.

The digimember-support told me to disconnect an reconnect digimember and digistore, which didn`t work out. Teh last answer I got was

"Sollte das auch nicht gehen, teile den Link vom Ausgangsserver dem Support von Ezoic mit, dass seit der Umstellung dieser Link nicht mehr erreichbar ist."

Natali Okay, so we're still uncertain on what exactly isn't working on the site. What is the digistore function then in this case? Are your users able to log in here exklusiv/login/successfully?

I understand, it ist very hard to explain, Yes, they are able to login. When they order (and pay) digistore24 creates an account where ther can see their invoices and their username and there password. Usually they can look up there password and ther username for mal-alt-werden.de/exklusiv in their digistore-account. Now they only get their password an username from our wordpress-system. I will make two screenshots. One of a customer who ordered bevor ezoic an on afterwards

If that doesn't make a difference, then the next thing to test would be to switch from nameserver integration to WordPress plugin integration. The screenshot you shared mentions a secure SSL conmnection. With WP plugin integration, we'd skip SSL through Ezoic. https://pubdash.ezoic.com/integration?type=wordpress
