Site stopped caching due to 'Vary Headers' issue

Hello over the last week or so, it seems my website completely stopped caching. I'm at nearly 100% cache miss rate. The issue appears to be related to "Vary Headers", but I don't see an option to disable them on the dashboard.

Can someone help me?

Turn on the "Override Cache Control Headers" option. 3. Inside the "Vary Headers to be removed from origin" field, add the headers that you want to exclude from caching. Hello, I already had "Override Cache Control headers" option turned on. Can you please explain to me what a "Vary Header" is? How do I identify the Vary headers to add to headers that I want to exclude from caching?

Also, why is this happening all of a sudden? I never had any issues with caching until a few days ago - and had not changed any settings. It seems from the number of help requests related to this same issue - that it may be a systemic issue rather than an individual site issue?
