Need description and script URL pattern for uncategorized cookie 'ezoictest'

I see an uncategorized cookie in the Cookie List on my Consent Management Provider. The cookie ID is: ezoictest.
There are no Description and no script URL pattern for this cookie.
Please tell me the description and the script URL pattern so I can fill it in.
